Intentional coordinated interdependence ensures everyone is on the same page, flying in the same direction and in cadence to deliver optimal results. Have clear processes and strategies to link everyone’s efforts.

Continuous Transparent Communication

You cannot over-communicate! Today’s employees expect transparent 2-way dialogue. Make sure to use multiple channels and media. Whenever possible, communicate face to face to avoid misunderstandings while simultaneously building relationships.

Measure Progress (Lasercution)

Assess progress using meaningful dashboards and goals. Select both leading and outcome indicators. Communicate progress, conduct root cause analysis and take corrective action. Use a balanced scorecard when possible. Recognize, reward and celebrate measurable success.
